Press kit
The mark, the colors, the words, and a person who answers email. Take what you need — you don't have to ask first.
The mark
The logomark is a held slot: a small ledger where two options are still open and one time has been claimed in saffron. The wordmark is lowercase, set in the site's editorial serif. Please don't stretch, tilt, recolor, or shadow either one — where color won't survive, there's a single-ink version below.

Two inks on warm paper
Booqit looks printed, not rendered: warm paper, near-black ink, and exactly two spot colors. Slate carries the ledger; saffron is reserved for the answer. If you're reproducing the brand, hold that line — the restraint is the identity.
Warm Paper
#FAF9F5
The page. Everything sits on it.
Ink
#1C1917
The words. Near-black, never gray.
Ledger Slate
#284B71
The ledger and the action.
Riso Saffron
#DFA13F
The answer. It appears once.
Words you can lift
Quote these verbatim, trim them, or write your own. Whatever your style guide prefers.
One line
Booqit is group scheduling and booking pages, bookable from any AI assistant.
Short
Booqit is group scheduling and booking pages, bookable from any AI assistant via MCP. Run a poll to find a time the whole group can make, or share a booking page and let people take a slot. Paid plans are one flat price each — nothing charges per seat — and guests never need an account. Booqit is operated by Katoa GmbH, a Swiss company.
Long
Booqit does two things, plainly. A poll finds a time a group can actually make: propose a few slots, share one link, and watch the answer settle. A booking page hands out your availability so people can book you without the email back-and-forth. Both work in an ordinary browser, and both work from inside an AI assistant: Booqit ships an MCP server, so an assistant can create a poll, cast a vote, or book a slot in the middle of a conversation.
There is no per-seat tax, because charging by the head for a calendar is a habit the industry picked up and never questioned. A single booking page is free; the paid plans are one flat price each. Guests never need an account, and their pages carry no ads and no trackers. Booqit is built and operated by Katoa GmbH in Kerns, Switzerland, and lives at booqit.online.
The company behind it
Booqit is operated by Katoa GmbH, a Swiss limited-liability company registered in the Handelsregister des Kantons Obwalden under UID CHE-469.243.715.
Katoa is the legal entity; Booqit is the product. If you're writing about the software, “Booqit” is the name to print.
